Michael has more than twenty years’ experience managing organizations and has worked in numerous start-up ventures in various industries including education, human resources, fashion, retail, health/beauty and media. He began his career as an attorney handling both civil and criminal legal matters. He worked for two US Federal Courts, served eight years as a Federal Prosecutor with the United States Department of Justice (receiving an Outstanding Attorney Award in 1993 and 1996), and was Minister of Justice and Special Prosecutor for the Republic of Palau. In early 2005, Michael moved to China to serve as CEO for Day Light Inc., USA, a multinational corporation involved in the health/beauty/travel industries. He presently serves as President of Qin Xin Media, a full service media company and as National Director for the Miss Earth China. Michael has provided a variety of trainings for MBA students, as well as International companies such as L’Oreal, Berlitz and SAP, and is also a business executive coach. Michael is an actor and model who has written and produced short films and appeared in many movies, television shows and commercials.
