For 25 years, he has been a professional communicator, including as a science/medical journalist for a global news agency in Washington, D.C. and as an international business development manager for a Shanghai pharma company. Now he trains and coaches corporate leaders to communicate with impact, clarity and purpose. Mr. Schuster has presented Leadership Storytelling at the Manchester Business School, Shanghai Centre MBA program; at the MIT-Shanghai Jiaotong University joint MBA program; and at the Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai campus. He has provided communications consulting to several multinational companies in Shanghai. He is the 2012 Speech Evaluation Champion for Toastmasters International, for north China. He has taken part in a number of professional projects that were developed by Roberto&Co. and proudly joined its team. Larry believes that Story telling has major role in business as well as in life, in daily communication and while leading the team, one could think of any aspects where verbal/non-verbal communication requires clarity, details, facts and so on, and this is a skill one could master.

She has managed groups up to 100+ with university and higher degrees. Previous to her corporate experience, her first 10 years as a tenured Professor at the University of California, San Diego, prepared her with experience managing government and industry‐sponsored research and development projects and cross-cultural faculty and graduate students. This experience provided her the ability to be creative, entrepreneurial, and think out-of‐the‐box. Mindy Ruskovich began her musical journey in Idaho, where she attended the University of Idaho, Lionel Hampton School of Music. She earned her B.M. in Instrumental Music Education while she studied trombone with Alan Gemberling. After moving to Hawaii in 2001, Mindy attended the University of Hawaii, earning her M.A. in Music Education, while studying trombone with Jim Decker. In 2007, Mindy took a sabbatical from teaching and performing in Honolulu. She began working as a show band trombonist onboard the Carnival Conquest Cruise Ship. While performing with Carnival, Mindy toured the Western Caribbean. In 2008, Mindy relocated to Shanghai, China to continue her career as a music teacher at Shanghai Community International School. From 2008 - 2013, Mindy directed the middle and high school bands at SCIS as well as the marching band and percussion ensemble. In 2013, Mindy founded the Dynamix Performing Arts Academy and Echo Arts Live, to further reach students and the performance needs of the greater Shanghai Community. In 2011, Mindy founded the Shanghai Community Band, which is the first of its kind in Shanghai. With over 30 members and a variety of members involved, it's becoming one of the most popular expat activities for amateur musicians. In 2013, Mindy founded the Shanghai Community Jazz Band, featuring a full big band with singers. The band regularly performs at the Pearl Theatre and numerous events in Shanghai. Throughout Mindy’s life, community musical involvement has played a leading role. From growing up performing in community ensembles, to finally establishing one of her own, Mindy finds significant value in staying musically active in some capacity for people in all careers and stages of life.
